Guides Hub for Early Access

This hub is the map of every Dimraeth guide on the wiki. Dimraeth is Mudtek’s upcoming Steam Early Access ARPG, dated 15 September 2026. It is a hybrid Souls-lite action RPG with crafting and base-building, rendered in isometric pixel art, set on the continent of Mirkea. The power site at the center of the mountain range is Dimraeth itself. The villain is Sylbos, Last of the Ogre Magi. The wizard who recruits you is Faustas. A broken ritual granted you immortality you do not fully understand.

The game is not Roblox, not an MMO, and not local or split-screen. You play on PC via Steam (app 2402680), with Steam Deck support confirmed. Sessions are 1–8 player online drop-in/drop-out co-op, and solo is fully supported. Hosting is peer-to-peer; dedicated servers are not offered. Persistence is split like Valheim: your hero’s level, gear, spells, and inventory travel; story progress, recruited allies, and buildings stay in that world.

If you only open one page before you create a character, open Getting Started. It covers the first hours in order: character picks, the Lost Caverns, Earlwood Village, Wildwood Forest, the three combat meters, and why dumping XP into off-stats is a long-term tax rather than a clever hybrid.

Lock the pairing on Character Creation. Race plus class is an archetype with its own skill tree and archetype passive. Confirmed races are Minotaur, Human, Elf, and Fairy. Confirmed classes are Brawler, Magician, and Shadow (named in the 2 September 2026 EA post). The 8 races × 6 classes = 48 archetypes figure is a 1.0 target, not a claim that every name is already playable on day one of Early Access. Attributes cost XP based on the pairing; off-stat investment means fewer total points at max level.

Combat is the skill check that makes the rest of the loop matter. Combat Systems walks stamina for physical hits and dodges, Concentration for spells (it regenerates in combat when you land basic attacks), health, the third-hit Final Attack, the five-spell loadout, poise and stun (Blunt fills stun fastest), and status stacks such as Burning, Chill, Poison, and Bleeding. Buffs you will see named include Rage, Kindled, and Inoculation. More than 300 spells exist in the design; you equip five at a time.

Bring friends only after you understand Co-op Play. One player hosts. Your character travels; their Earlwood does not become yours. If you need a group, use Discord looking-for-group rather than expecting a public MMO queue. Report issues in #bug-reports.

Between expeditions, Stronghold Building is Faustas’s base: crafting, farms, potions, cooking, and NPC bonds. Recruited NPCs and buildings are world-tied. Do not treat the stronghold as a lobby screen.

Set your hands on Controls and Input before a boss. Keyboard and mouse, gamepad, and a WASD-plus-mouse hybrid are supported. Steam Deck is supported. This wiki does not reprint a leaked full keybind table.

Then take the exam on Boss Fights. Demo footage covers Monstrous Droop and the Corrupted Treant. Deeds are short quests. Bounties are repeatable bosses. We do not invent extra boss names.

For a region-by-region route, use the starter walkthrough and the map (Lost Caverns, Earlwood, expanded Wildwood, Goblin Caves). For loot, rarity, and crafted books, use Items and Spellbooks. For the nine Early Access pets, use Pets. For an honest look at the closed demo versus the 15 September 2026 purchase, use the demo review.

Planning tools and news

Guides are the how. Rankings and roster pages are the why. Use the Tier List Hub when you want a starting ranking, the Players Hub for race and class write-ups, the Early Access page for dates, the closed demo (15 July 2026, about 60k players, 81% Very Positive), and the note that the price rises after day one with an 18–24 month Early Access window. Check System Requirements before you buy: Windows 10, 4 GB RAM, GTX 750 / R7 260X / UHD 620, DX11, 5 GB storage at minimum.

How to use this hub

Read in this order if you are new: Getting Started → Character Creation → Combat → Walkthrough → Map → Items → Controls → Stronghold → Co-op → Bosses → Review. Pets and the EA content list can wait until after the first hour. Skip Co-op if you are strictly solo, but still read the persistence rules so you do not donate your story progress to a friend’s world by accident.

Mudtek is a remote studio of about ten people. Unity 6 is the engine. Game languages at launch include English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Russian, Latin American Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. This wiki covers English plus German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese — it does not claim to cover every game language.

If you only bookmark two pages besides this hub, bookmark Getting Started and Early Access. The first keeps you from wasting XP. The second keeps you from writing as if Dimraeth were already a finished 1.0 launch.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Dimraeth players.

Where should a new Dimraeth player start?

Open Getting Started, then Character Creation, Combat, and the starter walkthrough. Check System Requirements if you are on a laptop or Steam Deck. Early Access is dated 15 September 2026; the game is not a finished 1.0 launch.

Has Dimraeth reached a finished 1.0 yet?

No. Steam Early Access is dated 15 September 2026. The public demo closed on 15 July 2026. Treat the game as upcoming Early Access, not a finished 1.0 ship.

Can I play these guides solo?

Yes. Solo is fully supported. Co-op is optional 1–8 player online drop-in. There is no local split-screen and this is not an MMO.

Which races and classes are confirmed?

Confirmed races: Minotaur, Human, Elf, Fairy. Confirmed classes: Brawler, Magician, Shadow. The 48-archetype roster is a 1.0 target. Do not assume Dwarf, Orc, Ranger, or Cleric names.

What should I read before inviting friends?

Co-op Play for split persistence and P2P hosting, plus Stronghold Building so you know farms and recruited NPCs stay in that world.

Where are official channels?

Steam app 2402680, dimraeth.com, and Discord at discord.gg/dimraeth. Use looking-for-group to find a party and #bug-reports for bugs.
