Dimraeth System Requirements

Dimraeth’s hardware list is public on the Dimraeth Steam store page. Copy those numbers if a screenshot and the store ever disagree. This page restates the September 2026 store tables, then adds the platform rules players actually ask about: Steam Deck, no Mac or Linux confirmation, no consoles, broadband for co-op, and why a pixel-art RPG still lists a GTX 750.

Early Access is dated 15 September 2026. The game is not out yet. Requirements can still move in a Steam edit before or after that date. Treat this article as a readable mirror, not as a second store.

Minimum specifications

These are the floor Mudtek published for Windows PCs. “Runs on most modern laptops and desktops” is the studio’s own extra note, not a promise that every UHD 620 laptop is comfortable in eight-player Wildwood.

If you are on 4 GB RAM and UHD 620, plan for low settings and a small party. Peer-to-peer co-op makes the host machine do extra work. A minimum-spec host plus seven guests is a worse idea than a recommended-spec host plus guests on the floor.

Recommended specifications

Mudtek’s extra note on this tier is “designed for smooth performance on modern mid-range PCs.”

DirectX 12 on recommended versus DirectX 11 on minimum is the quiet important row. A machine that only speaks DX11 may still run. A machine you hope to host on should meet the DX12 / 8 GB / 1050 Ti class line if you can.

Storage doubling from 5 GB to 10 GB is a planning number for Early Access growth, not a claim that the 15 September depot is already 10 GB. Leave headroom. Shader caches and Windows pagefile sit outside those figures.

Steam Deck

The official FAQ is direct: Dimraeth launches on PC via Steam with full support for the Steam Deck. Joseph, Mudtek’s founder and Technology Director, posted a 2025 Steam news update that he was already testing combat on his own Deck, with menus and inventory still in progress at that time, and that full controller support was a goal before the demo and the next playtest. The later public demo advertised controller support. None of that is a Valve Deck Verified badge. If you need the badge, look at Steam’s own Deck tab after launch. If you need the studio’s intent, it is “yes, Deck is a target.”

Handheld play still wants the controls guide. Pixel art scales; stamina combat and five-spell loadouts still need readable glyphs and a workable radial or face-button layout.

Platforms that are not confirmed

• Windows only at launch. Steam’s platform row is Windows. There is no public Mac or Linux depot.
• No confirmed consoles. The FAQ says the team does not have confirmed console plans and is focused on PC first.
• No dedicated servers. Co-op is peer-to-peer. You cannot stand up a rented box and call it official.
• No local or split-screen multiplayer. Online drop-in only. Couch play needs two PCs or a Deck plus a PC, each with a Steam account in the session.

Proton, Windows-on-Deck dual boot, and handheld clones are community experiments, not Mudtek SKUs. This page will not certify them.

Network, languages, and session size

Both spec tables list broadband. That matches a 1–8 player online co-op RPG with drop-in persistence. Solo play does not magically remove the network line from Steam, but the FAQ is also clear that you can finish the game alone. If your internet is a phone tether, expect host migrations and stutter before you blame the GPU.

Launch languages listed for the game include English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Russian, Spanish (Latin America), and Brazilian Portuguese. Language packs are not extra download rows on the spec table; they still live inside the 5–10 GB budget until Steam says otherwise.

How to use these numbers before 15 September 2026

Wishlist on the Dimraeth Steam store page and compare your dxdiag output to the tables above. If you fail minimum, wait for a spec revision or a different machine. If you pass minimum and fail recommended, plan to join friends rather than host eight-player Wildwood. Then pick a documented pair on the archetype planner and learn inputs on controls. Hardware is the boring gate. It is also the one that ruins a launch-night party when nobody checked RAM.
