Dimraeth Roadmap
What the studio promised, what it refused to date, and how to read the 18–24 month window.
Mudtek has not published a public Gantt chart for Dimraeth. Anyone listing “October biome, November race, December raid” is inventing it. This page exists so the wiki stays honest: we repeat the studio’s own Early Access answers, we refuse to fill the blanks, and we point you at the Early Access launch page, the EA content list, and the demo recap for the parts that are dated.
On 2 July 2026, Phillip’s Steam news post named 15 September 2026 as the Early Access date and said a detailed content roadmap would go out further down the road and closer to release. TechTimes, writing in early September, still described that detailed chart as something the studio intended to publish closer to launch. If a dated pillar list is live on Steam after you read this, trust Steam over this paragraph. Until then, do not treat fan spreadsheets as official.
The 18–24 month window is an estimate
Steam asks every Early Access team how long the game will stay in Early Access. Mudtek’s answer:
We aren’t setting a fixed date as our priority is quality and reaching every milestone on our roadmap before we leave Early Access. Roughly we expect a 18 to 24 month window, but the pace at which we land major content updates (new zones, races, end-game systems) and act on player feedback will guide the timeline more than any calendar.
Read that twice. 18–24 months is a planning band, not a promise to hit 1.0 in March 2028 on a Friday. The studio will leave Early Access when the milestones are done. If a zone takes longer, the window moves. If feedback forces a combat retune, the window moves. That is what “content-driven, not calendar-driven” means here.
A ten-person remote team cannot fake a live-service cadence. Expect fewer, larger drops rather than a weekly seasonal model. When those drops land, this wiki’s Updates hub should gain real patch pages. Until they land, empty version numbers would be fiction.
What full release is supposed to add
Mudtek’s second Steam FAQ answer is the closest thing to a pillar list. The full version is planned to differ from Early Access by growing:
- The world: new biomes and zones beyond Earlwood and Wildwood.
- The roster: additional playable races and classes toward the 1.0 target of eight races and six classes (48 archetypes).
- Progression: a higher late-game skill and equipment ceiling.
- Combat set pieces: more boss encounters.
- Crafting and building: deeper options than the opening loop.
- Story: a longer overall arc.
- Live tuning: combat, co-op pacing, and progression based on community play.
That is a direction, not a sequence. The studio did not say which race ships second, which biome follows Wildwood, or which boss is next after the demo’s Monstrous Droop and Corrupted Treant. This page will not guess those names.
The 1.0 math is public: eight races × six classes = 48 archetypes, each with its own tree. Confirmed names today are Minotaur, Human, Elf, Fairy and Brawler, Magician, Shadow. Naming the other four races or three classes here would be fan fiction. The 2 September 2026 post is indexed on the EA content list. Phillip’s 2025 character-creation post even wrote “8+ races” while the store now locks the 1.0 pitch at eight. Until a Steam post names the rest, leave the grid unfinished.
How community feedback is supposed to steer the map
Mudtek’s third FAQ answer is operational, not poetic. Discord is the daily room: patch notes, bug reports, balance talk, build sharing, and direct conversation with the team. The studio also reads Steam reviews and threads, runs playtest waves, and uses anonymous analytics to see where players fail. If you want a system changed, that is the channel. Reddit and this wiki are secondary.
That feedback loop is why the public demo closed. By July 2026 the Early Access client had diverged from the demo even at world-load options. Keeping a stale demo live would have taught 60,000 people the wrong game. Closing it cost store visibility and bought an honest store page. The demo recap covers that decision; the lesson for the roadmap is that Mudtek will hide or kill a build rather than let it misrepresent the next one.
Price follows content, not the other way around
The studio plans to raise the Steam price as Early Access content is added, then charge more at 1.0. That is a roadmap fact as much as a shop fact. You are not owed a frozen price while biomes and races land. You are owed the content you bought plus the updates Steam already disclosed. Launch day remains the cheapest official entry. Details live on the Early Access page.
How to use this page without getting baited
- If a creator posts “leak: next month’s dungeon,” ignore it unless Mudtek repeats it on Steam or Discord.
- If you need a date that exists, use 15 September 2026 for Early Access and 15 July 2026 for the demo close.
- If you need a duration, use 18–24 months, labeled as an estimate.
- If you need a content list, use the Steam FAQ pillars above, not a color-coded fan Trello.
When Mudtek does publish that detailed content roadmap, this article should be rewritten around the official pillars, with links to each new zone or race page as those pages exist. Until that file is public, the honest roadmap is a window, a starter region, and a promise to grow it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Dimraeth players.
Has Mudtek posted a month-by-month Early Access calendar?
No public one. The 2 July 2026 Steam post said a detailed content roadmap would come closer to Early Access. This wiki will not invent the missing dates.
When will Dimraeth leave Early Access?
There is no fixed exit date. Mudtek estimates an 18–24 month window and says major content updates and feedback will set the pace more than a calendar.
What is planned beyond the starter region?
New biomes past Earlwood and Wildwood, more races and classes, a higher skill and gear ceiling, more bosses, deeper crafting and building, and a longer story. Order and dates are not public.
Will the full 48 archetypes ship on 15 September 2026?
No. Forty-eight is the 1.0 target. Early Access starts with multiple races and classes and is supposed to add more during the window.
Where should I watch for the official roadmap?
Steam news and the Mudtek Discord. When a real pillar list exists, this page should cite it. Until then, treat influencer calendars as unofficial.
