Dimraeth Updates Hub

Dates Mudtek has actually published, plus the demo recap players still search.

Early Access Updates Hub

This hub is the news desk for Dimraeth, not a fake patch tracker. Steam Early Access is dated 15 September 2026. The game is still upcoming. Mudtek has not shipped a live Early Access build, so there are no weekly balance notes to scrape and no invented hotfix numbers on this page.

Use the articles below when you want the full argument instead of a date on a store widget. The Early Access launch page covers price, refunds, platforms, and the opening region. The EA content update is the 2 September 2026 list: Elf, Shadow, Goblin Caves, nine pets, and a level-25 cap. The roadmap page explains the 18–24 month window without pretending Mudtek posted a month-by-month calendar. The Steam demo recap is for players who tried the April–July 2026 build and want to know why it vanished.

If you have not played yet, pair this hub with the getting started guide. That walkthrough is the practical first-hour plan. This hub is the timeline around it.

What is confirmed right now

Mudtek is a roughly ten-person studio. The public team page names founder Joseph as Technology Director (network-engineering background) and Phillip as Game Director. Phillip writes the longer Steam news posts. Joseph has posted the Steam Deck progress notes. Treat Discord as the daily feedback room and Steam news as the dated record.

The public demo ran from April through 15 July 2026. Mudtek thanked about 60,000 players when it closed. TechTimes cited 243 Steam demo reviews at about 81% Very Positive. Those figures describe the free demo, not a paid Early Access score. Do not paste them onto the unreleased store build.

The opening Early Access slice is a complete starter region: Lost Caverns through Earlwood Village into Wildwood Forest. Steam’s own Early Access FAQ lists crafting and base-building, a skill tree and attributes, equipment rarity and upgrades, online co-op for friend groups, and multiple bosses. The loop Mudtek wrote down is explore, fight, gather, build, level, and group. That is the product you are buying on day one, not the 1.0 map.

How to read this hub after 15 September

Once Early Access is live, this page should grow real patch notes: one JSON file per meaningful update, with featured: true on the ones that change builds. Until that happens, ignore any third-party calendar that lists invented weeklies. Mudtek told Steam it will publish a detailed content roadmap closer to Early Access, and that major drops (new zones, races, end-game systems) will set the pace more than a wall calendar.

Price is part of the news cycle too. The studio plans to raise the Steam price as content is added, with a higher price at full release. Launch day is the cheapest official buy if you already want the game. Steam’s standard refund window still applies: 14 days and under two hours of play. For Early Access titles, that playtime clock starts when you launch the build.

Where Mudtek actually posts

This wiki will paraphrase those sources. It will not invent a patch Tuesday. If a Steam post names a feature, we name it. If it only says “closer to launch,” we leave the date blank.

New players should still open Getting Started before they memorize news posts. Build and spec questions belong with the tools and character pages, not here. Come back to this hub when Mudtek ships something you can date.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Dimraeth players.

When does Dimraeth Early Access begin?

Steam Early Access is dated 15 September 2026. The game is not out yet. Treat older FAQ copy that only said "2026" as superseded by that Steam date.

Are there patch notes on this hub today?

No. Early Access has not started, so there is nothing to version. After launch this hub should list real Steam news posts instead of a made-up calendar.

Did Mudtek publish a dated content roadmap?

Not a public month-by-month chart. The studio said a detailed content roadmap would come closer to Early Access, and that an 18–24 month window is an estimate, not a ship date. Read the roadmap page.

Why should I still care about the closed demo?

It is the only large public playtest. About 60,000 people tried it, reviews landed Very Positive, and two named bosses (Monstrous Droop and the Corrupted Treant) came from that build. The demo recap explains what carried over and why Mudtek pulled it.

Where should I look for official news after launch?

Steam news written by Phillip, then Discord. This wiki will summarize those posts. Do not treat Reddit rumors as patch notes.
