Dimraeth Equipment and Sets

Eight gear slots, six quality tiers, and named sets that bonus specific spells.

Equipment and Named Sets

Dimraeth equipment fills eight gear slots, each with six quality tiers, plus named set pieces that grant bonuses tied to specific spells and playstyles. The store copy mentions rarity and upgrades; the wiki does not invent item IDs or fake legendary tables until Early Access publishes names. Mudtek’s design post on sets is the source for what follows.

Pair this page with Items and Spellbooks for how loot interacts with the five-slot spell bar, Combat Systems for how set bonuses feed into the stun and status stack loop, and Starter Builds for which sets pair with which archetypes.

Eight gear slots

Dimraeth has eight equipment slots. The exact slot names are not all published, but the system supports six quality tiers per slot and named pieces that cross slots to form sets. When Early Access ships a character sheet, this page will name the slots directly.

Six quality tiers

Each slot has six tiers of increasing quality. The tier names and colors are not all published in advance. The practical implication: you craft, find, and upgrade rather than chase a single “best in slot” from the first zone. The stronghold is where upgrades happen; the world is where materials come from.

Named set pieces

Named equipment grants bonuses that unlock at specific set tiers. The sets documented below come from Mudtek’s published design notes. We do not invent set names, piece counts, or bonus text. When a patch publishes a new set, it belongs here.

Set bonus themes

Sets fall into a few documented themes:

  • Spell enhancement — Blightseed, Chillhowl, Feralbond, Pyreweaver, Rootbloom: bonuses that change how specific spells behave, not just raw damage.
  • Damage amplification — Gorehorn, Ironfist, Lionspear, Rumbler, Redsteel: increase damage under conditions (Bleeding targets, rapid hits, crits, after dash).
  • Survival — Bullheart, Calmdrift, Frostward, Stonehoove: armor, health regen, or damage reduction under specific conditions.
  • Utility and mobility — Momentum, Swiftstep, Shieldline, Tidestorm: movement speed, cooldowns, or defensive reactions.

How sets drop and upgrade

Named pieces drop from enemies, bosses, and loot sources in the world. Upgrade tiers (T3, T5, T6) indicate when a piece’s set bonus activates. Higher tier means the piece is rarer or more upgraded, not a different set. Collecting multiple pieces of the same set builds toward the next bonus threshold.

What this page will not do

No fake legendary table with invented names. No claim that every set in the game is listed. No gold-per-hour farming routes. When Mudtek publishes set names, piece counts, and exact tier breakpoints, this page updates. Until then, the documented sets above and the systems description are what the wiki can confirm.

Read Items and Spellbooks for rarity, upgrades, and why you only equip five spells. Read Starter Builds for which named sets pair with which archetypes. The Guides Hub is the map of everything else.
